Scott Sawtell is a Canadian artist, teacher, and curator who currently lives and makes his work in Newmarket, Ontario. For the past 15 years he has maintained a vital artistic career showing work across Canada and the United States. He has recently exhibited at the Aurora Cultural Centre in Aurora, Ontario. This is Scott’s second solo exhibition at B Contemporary.
Scott has an M.F.A from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design. In addition to his artistic practice Scott also teaches fine art at the post secondary level. Scott is an art instructor at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, and Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario.
